The Italian - American Women of Today
LIADO, The Italian-American Women of Today, was founded on August 29, 1993 with a charter membership of 29 Italian-American women. Today we have an active membership of 150.
At LIADO, we direct our efforts to promote a positive and realistic image of Italians and Italian-Americans, as well as preserve the Italian heritage, traditions and values. It is also our purpose to assist students in achieving their goals of higher education through LIADO's Scholarship Program.
